Ok, here’s my first picture.  I’m just starting to kind of get something.  Obviously it’s getting bigger considering I can’t button any of my pants anymore but nothing really to show until now.  The baby is about the size of a peach and doubled in size since last week so I’m guessing I’ll start growing and growing from here on out.

How many weeks?  13 (and 3 days)
Gender: ??????? Can’t wait to find out!!  I feel like it’s a little baby girl.
Size of baby:  2.9 inches or about the size of a peach
Weight of baby:  about .81 oz
Belly Button in or out?  In
Wedding rings on or off?  On
Mood:  Happy, excited! My moods have been much better as I’m entering this second trimester.
Sleep:  I wake up quite a bit, I’m not used to that, but I’m sleeping pretty well.  I can still get comfortable.  Olga and I were up for a few hours the other night during the loud thunder storms.  She doesn’t like them very well.
Stretch marks?  Not yet…….
Maternity clothes?  Mom got me some belly bands the other day.  These things are miracles!  I can wear all my pants still because the only thing that’s too big for them is my waist.  They go over my belly and down on my pants and hold my pants together where I can’t button them and look like I’m wearing a shirt under my clothes.  They’re amazing!  My dress clothes will survive a while longer J
Favorite thing this week: I started prepping with my kids for MAP testing.  I always love this time of year.  A bunch of grammar and reading stories and it means the year is almost over because we have 3 weeks after MAP testing until summer break! I also love spring storms so I slept really well during those this week.
Movement?  No but the doctor said I’m not too far off from being able to feel Baby G.
Food Cravings?  I eat the heck out of cereal!  I crave fruit.  Bananas, apples, grapes.  If I get some fruit I can eat and eat and eat.  I guess that’s a good thing to crave.  I also crave Mexican food and salsa.
Symptoms:  Still a little draggy but I can tell it’s getting better.  I’m hoping my hormones get back in check.  I have zits again.  I haven’t had a zit since I was 16.  That part is really a bummer.  All around I’m happier than I was before and have energy so I feel like I can go out and do something after school.
Labor signs?  Nope
Anything make you sick?  Smells!  Oh and the kid puking at Briana’s FFA banquet last night.  We walked in and he was vomiting right in the middle of the commons area all over the floor.  I had to get out of there fast; I could feel myself about to join him.  But, that would have made me sick even if I wasn’t pregnant.
Miss anything?  I kind of miss feeling normal.  I’ve felt weird and tired and moody for so long it will be a nice change when I can be myself again a little bit.  I miss a glass of wine occasionally but usually only when I see someone on TV having one or we go to Jason’s parent’s house.  J
Looking forward to anything?  I know it’s a long way off but I’m looking forward to having this little thing.  I’ll be desperately ready for it to come out of me by the end I’m sure.
I’m really ready for summer!  I could use a little time off school, some relaxation and some sunshine.  Of course I’m ready to move and find a place where I can start getting a nursery ready for the baby.  I’m ready to know what the baby is because I’ve found a lot of fun things to buy but can’t until I can be color specific.
I’ve got a shopping trip for some maternity clothes this weekend.  I’m ready to go out to eat and have some girl time.  Get out of the house a little bit.  I think I need that.  I’ve been to tired to really do anything lately.
I’m very excited we got everything moved out of Kansas City.  That’s all we’ve been doing for the last 2 or 3 weekends so I’m excited for some freedom this weekend.
We’re having a big ‘ol garage sale April 20th.  Getting kind of excited for that as well.
